We couldn't be more pleased with our new roof. The whole experience went without any problems due to the excellent team, from accepting the quote, installation, and advice. This sort of customer service is not the norm these days.

One thing I always look for is reliabilty. I hate unkept appointments. I heard of Halo after a recommendation from someone I knew. I wasn't disappointed. They were 100% reliable for every phone call and visit they said they were going to make and the new roof has changed the way we are able to use our space.

Thought I'd drop you a quick line to say now that the first anniversary of our solar panels has passed I'd let you know how they've performed in the last 12 months. Our electricity bill has been reduced by £270 over the 12 months, and we banked £787 from the FIT which combined with the saving is pretty much exactly what you said they would benefit us on an annual basis (£1057 actual V's £976 projected).
